Now Offering Business Mentorship for Aspiring Holistic Health Practitioners

Stepping into the world of holistic health can feel overwhelming—whether you’re just starting out or looking to grow an existing practice. That’s exactly why I’m offering personalized mentorship to support new and emerging practitioners on their journey.

I've built my business from the ground up—growing from zero Instagram followers to over 30,000 organically, from working with just one client to supporting over 800 (and counting), and from earning $0 to achieving a six-figure income. And now, I want to share what I’ve learned with you.

If you’re feeling discouraged by the idea of a “saturated” market or unsure of what you have to offer, know this: the only real limitations are the ones we place on ourselves. In holistic health, your individuality is your strength. No one else has your exact voice, story, or approach—and that’s what makes your work so valuable.

I believe in collaboration over competition. As the saying goes, “a rising tide lifts all ships.” My goal is to help you discover your unique magic and turn your vision into a thriving, purpose-driven business.

To begin, you'll need to apply so we can ensure it’s the right fit on both sides. This mentorship is for those who are truly committed and ready to invest in themselves and their future.

Some of the things we can focus on in mentorship:

How to get started with your holistic health education

Strategies for starting your clinical practice

Setting up your services, how to price, how to schedule

How to grow your social media accounts

How to find your niche and capitalize on it

How to choose the right business solutions (software, insurance, etc), resources for starting an LLC

Creating boundaries with clients and social media

My path, training, and experience

All mentorship sessions will be held over phone call or zoom. I offer hour long sessions as well as thirty minute sessions. I ask that if it is the first time we are meeting, you schedule a full hour. There is no long term commitment, this is meant to be flexible and available if you have only a few questions, or it can be a longer term relationship if you feel you'd like a lot of support.

Please plan to email me at least 48 hours prior to our meeting with either a prepared list of questions, or broader topics you'd like to discuss in our session. There is no email support included, so you will need to book if you have questions.
